![]() Lorath was born into a noble family, known as the House of Nahr, who is said to have fought alongside Jered Cain and Tal Rasha against the Prime Evils. "Diablo: Book of Lorath" Book Releases April 18 - Diablo IV Release Date Hint? ![]() But who is Lorath? Why is he an important character? And why could he be the new Deckard Cain of Diablo IV? These books focused on Deckard Cain and Tyrael respectively, who played integral roles in the game they were involved in. Similar to "Diablo: Book of Cain", which released before the launch of Diablo III, and "Diablo: Book of Tyrael" released ahead of Diablo III: Reaper of Souls. ĭiablo 4 launches on Jfor PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.With the new book "Diablo: Book of Lorath" being announced, we can safely assume that Lorath Nahr will play a significant role in Diablo IV's story. Even when forced to take sides, Tyrael now understands the true value of the mortals, and that is how he will most likely participate in the events of Diablo 4. He will more likely be a balancing act in the story, maybe even a voice of reason, rather than taking sides as he once did. But as the mortal truly caught between Heaven and Hell, Tyrael sits in a position unlike any other in all of Diablo lore. It seems unlikely that Blizzard plans to make Angels and Demons into classes, as the franchise centers those caught between their way. This type of mechanic could easily follow on the multi-tree advancement already announced for the series. Given each installment so far has offered something new, perhaps Tyrael will become a hand in the battle, balancing the sides by offering players the ability to take on angelic or demonic powers in exchange for duties to Sanctuary. Five playable Diablo classes have been announced so far, and they all represent takes on options from earlier games. ![]()
